Philanthropic and Pro Bono

Giving back to our community is greatly important to me. At any given time, individuals may experience trauma, total loss, medical or financial hardship making it even more difficult to access unique services such as document notarizations. To qualify for Pro Bono services, proof of appropriate documentation may be required. (Homeless certification, SSI/TANF/SNAP benefits letter, etc.)
Nonprofit organizations may also benefit from discounted notarization fees. Please contact me directly for details.
Individuals utilizing Pro Bono services must still appear in person for signings and provide one of the acceptable, required forms of identification outlined below.
Pro Bono services will be offered on a case-by-case basis. Travel to homeless shelters included.

Signer Identification Requirements

Acceptable evidence of identification of a signer shall be a current identification card issued by the federal government or any state government containing the signer's photograph and signature. These include a Texas Driver's License, Non-Driver ID, U.S. Passport or Military ID Card.

Unacceptable forms of identification include a Social Security Card, Temporary Driver's License, Club Membership Card (Costco, Library, etc.), Credit Card, Birth Certificate or Marriage License.
